Our driver guides are experienced local Aurora hunters and know many great locations where our chances to see the lights are a bit higher. We fully recommend that you book a tour with a seasoned driver guide, since finding the right spot on your own is, to say the least, a very hard task. Staring at the sky in the Icelandic nature you can get cold. Even though we will warm you up with some hot chocolate and snacks, make sure to bring warm clothes. You can always take off some clothes if you get to warm.

Photographing the Northern Lights

When you see the northern lights you most likely want to capture that moment. Photographing the lights can be tricky. If you want to photograph the northern lights you need a solid Tripod and a DSLR camera with long exposure option. We always have a camera and Tripod in each trip. So If you don’t have one our guide does his best to take a picture of you and the lights.
